Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are final. Once a purchase has been completed, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned once accessed, downloaded, or delivered.

• You agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal for a legitimate purchase.

• Access to digital products is provided electronically immediately after purchase.

If a duplicate purchase is made accidentally, please contact us within 24 hours of the transaction. In such cases, we may offer an alternative digital product of equal or comparable value at no additional cost.

To protect against fraudulent disputes, we reserve the right to provide payment processors and financial institutions with relevant purchase records, including proof of purchase, download access records, IP address logs, email delivery confirmations, and product usage history.
